Hinsdale, Ontario – Hinscliffe Elementary School has been ranked among the top 50 schools in Canada, according to the latest rankings released by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Association (OSSTA).
“The Hinsdell’s School has the highest level of academic excellence and the highest student achievement in the province,” said OSSTA president Mark Schramm.
The Hinsworth School has one of the lowest rates of non-English language proficiency in the country, and the school has one student with a disability, said Schramman. “

In 2013, the school earned $2,521,000, more than $1.4 million more than any other Ontario school, according the school’s website.
Hinsdenys School in Hanesville, Ont., is ranked second with $1,082,000.
In 2014, the Hinsford School in Huron, Ont.
was named one of Canada’s top five schools for excellence in math and science.
“We have a very successful and innovative school and we are proud of our students and their academic achievements,” said Schramson.
Hensdale Elementary School is the only Ontario public school that has an international reputation, said school board chair John McCallum.
The school is renowned for its academic excellence, quality and student success, he said, and students from all over the world come to Hensdell Elementary to learn.
“The students from the Hensdenys have gone on to graduate from our school and have had a successful career,” said McCallam.
The Hensells are the only school in Ontario with a charter school designation, and it has been a leader in providing special education for students with disabilities, said McCallsum.
“Our students have a passion for learning, they are creative, they work hard and they are smart,” he added.
Hinesdale is one of three Hinslys schools to receive a B+ grade in both mathematics and science, and has also received a B grade in social studies and language arts.
The other two schools are in Hamilton and Mississauga.
Hineyville, on the north shore of Lake Ontario, has a strong reputation as a magnet school with the highest average test scores in the city, according Statistics Canada.
“Hinesdale students have been very successful at the Hinesdenys, and have graduated from Hinesdell in very high numbers,” said School Director Maryanne Bouchard.

The second Hineslys school, Hinshall, has also been recognized for academic excellence.
The new Hinsell schools are the first in the Greater Toronto Area to be ranked by the OSSTS.
“With Hinshalys, it is an amazing success story and we’re proud of the work that they have done to grow the school,” said Hinsdelworth School Board Chair Mike Coyle.
“In terms of our student success we’re always focused on making sure our students are going to succeed,” he told reporters.
